The buyer already owns the nearby Bayview Hotel in Woy Woy, and the parties overlap in the supply of hotel, gaming and retail liquor services in the area. Laundy, a family-owned company, operates hospitality venues across New South Wales and Queensland, while the Woy Woy Hotel is currently operated by Harvest Pub. The watchdog in a Wednesday statement says it is seeking submissions from interested parties by July 23. Statement follows.
