Merchant Joshua Schneider, whom US Federal Trade Commission litigator Maria Cirincione called as a witness for the agency’s merger challenge against Henkel, said that Loctite and Liquid Nails are “the most likely to be sought after” brands in their product category, currently occupy more than two-thirds of Menards’ construction adhesive shelf space and yield more than 80 percent of its construction adhesive sales revenue.
