Dutch block on Kyndryl-Solvinity deal upheld by court

( July 15, 2026, 13:07 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Rotterdam District Court has upheld a Dutch order blocking US company Kyndryl’s acquisition of Dutch cloud-services company Solvinity on national security grounds. The companies had claimed in an appeal that the secretary for economic affairs lacked authority to halt the deal. Judges said the secretary was entitled to impose an injunction blocking the deal, but would still have to investigate whether less-far reaching measures could address the concerns. Kyndryl is a provider of IT infrastructure services.Statement follows....
