Child protection group 5Rights is supporting Ofcom, while Epic Games and trade group CCIA are backing Meta’s argument that calculations should be based solely on UK revenue.A preliminary hearing on the legal challenge launched by Meta against the UK online safety regulator won't be going forward this week, as both parties consented to the intervention applications, MLex has learned.
