CADE says Bus Serviços breached settlement over exclusive dealing

The regulator concluded that the company violated a clause prohibiting exclusivity arrangements by inducing a bus operator to concentrate sales on its ClickBus platform and migrate away from rival services, based on evidence including messages, audio recordings and commercial proposals.
