US OpenAI juror questions on Musk, Altman reveal AI concerns

Perhaps surprisingly, none of the jury’s questions have anything to do with the issue that ultimately decided the case: the statute of limitations on Musk's claims. Instead, the jury’s questions focused on factual questions about the technology and business of artificial intelligence in general and the people who founded OpenAI.Like many Americans, the nine jurors in the trial between Elon Musk, OpenAI and Microsoft had concerns and questions about AI. The difference is that the jurors had Musk and the CEOs of OpenAI and Microsoft — Sam Altman and Satya Nadella — under oath in the same room to answer them....
