( May 4, 2026, 19:46 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Zillow, Redfin, the US Federal Trade Commission and a multistate coalition told a Virginia federal judge overseeing twin antitrust cases over rental listings that the parties might need more time to complete pretrial litigation. "The Court has not yet scheduled a trial date in the above captioned cases and has scheduled a Final Pretrial Conference on May 14, 2026," the parties said in a joint status report filed in the Eastern District of Virginia. "As discussion of that comprehensive schedule continues, the Parties are discussing a potential joint motion that respectfully requests that the Court postpone the current deadlines requiring the Parties to exchange witness lists, exhibits lists, and deposition-related submissions," the status report said.See attached document....
