IAG-RAC Insurance deal faces in-depth review by Australian regulator

In a statement on Friday, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commissioner said the acquisition could substantially lessen competition in the supply of motor vehicle insurance and home and contents insurance and impact smash repairers.
