In dismissing allegations of monopoly and discriminatory pricing, the Competition Commission of India said the Swiss company's Indian subsidiary was justified in price increases based on currency fluctuations, costs and competition.Switzerland-headquartered Arthur Flury has been cleared by India's antitrust watchdog of allegations that its domestic subsidiary abused its dominant market position in the supply of critical railway safety components....
