US imposes duties on erythritol from China

( March 26, 2026, 19:43 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: The US Commerce Department said it will impose antidumping and antisubsidy duties on erythritol from China following an affirmative conclusion from the agency and the International Trade Commission. Commerce will impose a China-wide dumping rate of 184.26 percent and an overall subsidy rate of 8.12 percent, with separate rates for four companies.Federal Register notice attached....
