Edenred probed in Italy over possible abuse of market power

The meal voucher issuer might have applied a ''complex strategy'' to transfer unjustified costs onto large-scale retail chains, potentially impacting consumer prices, it said. It might also have imposed other unfavorable conditions, such as longer voucher reimbursement periods.
