US judge previews questions for Anthropic, government ahead of injunction hearing

Line issued a list of questions for Anthropic and the federal government, ahead of a hearing this week on Anthropic's motion for a preliminary injunction. The company is looking to block the Department of Defense's supply chain risk designation. Lines of inquiry include apparent discrepancies between social media posts and risk determination, and whether DOD met proper congressional notice requirements. "At the hearing, each side will address each question in the sequence stated above, and then at the end, the parties will have additional time to present any additional argument that they wish the Court to hear," the order states. See attached file....
