It also granted Trumpf an injunction against IPG Laser, and rejected Gowling WLG’s request for access to court documents.This week, the Unified Patent Court saw decisions — often published after their ruling dates — on injunctions, revocation, confidentiality and procedural discipline across its lower courts and at the Court of Appeal....
