UK opens landmark consultation on kids social media ban, chatbot limits, curfews

It will seek views on a minimum age for social media, whether age assurance enforcement should be strengthened, whether children’s use of chatbots should be restricted and the suspension of “addictive” features overnight such as infinite scrolling or a mandatory blanket curfew.
