Telecom Italia says Sparkle sale won't close in first quarter

The deal was notified with the European Commission, but the notification was withdrawn in late January.Telecom Italia will not be able to finalize the divestment of its subsidiary Sparkle in the first quarter, but is confident to see the transaction close by the end of this year, the telecommunication company told investors and analysts this week, MLex has learned....
