Apple, Optis patent retrial on tap in US with LTE essentiality still in dispute

Their third trial, ordered by the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit last summer, is expected to last at least one week, MLex understands.Barring an 11th-hour settlement, Apple will be in Marshall, Texas, on Friday for a third trial of Optis Wireless Technology-led allegations of patent infringement....
