Ribera Salud wins conditional Spanish nod to buy Gaias Lugo’s healthcare business

To win approval, Hospital Polusa agreed to update the rates for magnetic resonance imaging tests for private patients for three years, in line with the consumer price index, and to invest in renovating, improving MRI equipment at Clínica Gaias Lugo within two years of the acquisition.Statement follows....
