Telly, Czech association appealing EU ruling on digital TV radio spectrum

They are arguing that the European Commission's approval of an extension of the rights to use radio frequency spectrum assigned to digital terrestrial TV until 2030 constituted illegal state aid, a claim that the General Court said was inadmissible.Official notice is attached.
