Indonesian regulator fines Rolls Royce Solution, local partner for bid rigging

( December 30, 2025, 05:33 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Indonesian Competition Commission, or KPPU, said in a statement on Tuesday that it has decided to impose a combined fine of 2.5 billion rupiah ($149,165) on PT Rolls Royce Solution Indonesia and its local partner, PT Dieselindo Utama Nusa, after the two parties were proven to have colluded in the procurement of MTU Engine Maintenance Tender, held by the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in 2024. The verdict was read out by the head of the KPPU commission panel Mohammad Reza at a hearing held on Monday. The initial hearings for the case began on June 26, 2025 and concluded on Dec. 29, 2025.
