In a Federal Court of Australia hearing on Thursday, lawyer Lachlan Armstrong, acting for the class-action claimants, drew sharp criticism from Judge Cameron Moore over the slow progress of the case, which the judge attributed to the claimants’ limited resources and a small legal team.
