USCIT sustains Commerce determination on Brazilian fruit goods producer

CIT Judge Claire Kelly rejected a challenge from domestic fruit goods producer Ventura Coastal, which had argued Commerce erred in the determination because it failed to consider the Brazilian company's reliance on the supplier's lemons and a shared business relationship.Court ruling attached....
