Meat processors fail to dismiss beef processing workers' US wage-fixing claims

District Judge Philip A. Brimmer concluded that plaintiffs sufficiently allege generally that the harmonizing of wage practices, alongside specific allegations regarding multiyear 2 percent wage increases, are the product of the companies’ conspiracies, including sharing information through industry surveys.
