Australian corporates to get formal feedback mechanism for new merger regime

Speaking at a late-night parliamentary hearing on Thursday, Gina Cass-Gottlieb said the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission will establish a “Performance Consultative Committee” to facilitate continuous business input on impending changes to Australia’s system of merger review.
