Nets’ payment fees are unreasonably high, Danish Supreme Court finds

( April 5, 2023, 08:52 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Nordic payment processor Nets charged online shops excessive fees for consumer payments through the Dankort payment system, Denmark's Supreme Court has concluded. The ruling upheld earlier decisions by the national competition authority that the fees should be reduced to an average of no more than 1.20 krone (around $0.18), the watchdog said today in reference to the ruling.
