Cargolux tells EU court that holes in air-cargo cartel decision should see it fall apart

By Natalie McNelis ( June 28, 2019, 15:24 GMT | Insight) -- Cargolux today called on EU judges to annul a 2017 air-cargo cartel fine of 79.9 million euros, claiming that the European Commission not only failed to rectify errors in an annulled 2010 decision but also added new ones.
