Australia sets up anti-bribery public-private partnership

( October 22, 2020, 07:42 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Australia has set up a public-private partnership to tackle bribery and corruption by Australian businesses. The initiative, known as the Bribery Prevention Network, is a website largely targeted at smaller companies that provides information on how businesses can detect, prevent and address bribery and corruption risks in their operations. Members of the network include the Australian Federal Police, Attorney-General’s Department, Transparency International Australia, BHP, Westpac, ANZ Bank, Commonwealth Bank, KPMG Australia, Allens and the Australia-Africa Minerals & Energy Group.
