Amazon files reply in support of immediate appeal in US FTC ROSCA litigation

( July 15, 2025, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Amazon filed a reply in support of its request for an immediate appeal in the US Federal Trade Commission's suit alleging the use of "dark patterns" deceptive design to make it tougher for consumers to cancel their Prime subscriptions. “The FTC does not have much to say about the merits of the three-prong test for interlocutory appeal because there is not much to say: the legal questions are controlling, reasonable jurists could disagree about them, and their resolution now may materially advance this case,” it said.
