Ericsson hit with $3.64 million fine over importation monopoly in New Caledonia

In an announcement today, the territory’s competition regulator said it had imposed a fine of 417,655,000 central Pacific francs ($3.64 million) on Ericsson and a penalty of 62,191,300 CPF on Intelia over the 10-year arrangement.
