Fujifilm wins UK injunction against Kodak as UPC clarifies non-EU reach

In parallel rulings between Fujifilm and Kodak, the court invalidated one Fujifilm patent and dismissed infringement claims, while upholding another and granting a UK-wide injunction, damages and product recall orders.The Unified Patent Court has ruled on the UK portions of European patents in a dispute between Fujifilm and Kodak, despite the UK no longer participating in the UPC system since Brexit....
