Insurance trade secret suit precluded by res judicata, US appeals court rules

The court also rejected PD's attempt to pull two PIH investors into the dispute, concluding they had a right to rely on the dismissal of PD's first trade secret case as indicative of PIH's non-liability.Pie Development can't bring a second trade secret case against Pie Insurance Holdings making claims identical to those that had already been dismissed, a three-judge panel on the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled yesterday....
