Preliminary injunctions in US Schedule A patent suit vacated over fraudulent signature

By Nick Robertson ( January 9, 2025, 18:56 GMT | Insight) -- Preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders issued in September 2024 were vacated for nearly half of the 65 defendants listed in Schedule A of a patent infringement suit yesterday, after a Northern District of Illinois judge found the plaintiff was not likely to succeed due to a fraudulent signature on the patent-in-suit. The order comes after the US Patent and Trademark Office terminated more than 3,100 patent applications with the same fraudulent agent signature in October 2024....
