Non-systemic UK banks receive definition of Interim Capital Regime

( November 29, 2024, 16:03 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Small domestic deposit takers in the UK have seen the Prudential Regulation Authority issue the final mechanism by which firms can join the Interim Capital Regime. The ICR will enable eligible firms to preserve their current capital requirements until the small domestic deposit taker capital regime is implemented. These firms won't have to comply with the Basel 3.1 standards, which will enter into force in January 2026....
