Nine EU states urged to fully transpose air pollutant emissions reporting rules

( January 31, 2025, 11:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Cyprus, Hungary, The Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia and Finland must fully transpose EU rules on reporting of air pollutant emission projections, the EU commission has said. These EU countries didn't communicate their transposition measures to the EU executive by the end of last year. They now have two months to complete their transposition or they could face more action from the EU commission.Statement follows....
