US judge asks for more briefing on Michigan's standing for suit against Roku

Murphy III of the Eastern District of Michigan requested additional briefing on Michigan's standing to bring a privacy lawsuit against Roku. The questions he has to consider are "whether Plaintiff has jurisdictional standing to bring all the causes of action, and (2) whether Plaintiff, as the State, has parens patriae (prudential) standing to bring causes of action three, four, six and seven," he said.See attached document....
