SpyFone app CEO fails to get US FTC order vacated

( December 8, 2025, 19:03 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Federal Trade Commission announced it has denied a petition by SpyFone.com Chief Executive Scott Zuckerman to modify or vacate an order banning them from providing monitoring products and services and requiring implementation of an information-security program. The FTC determined that Zuckerman failed to show changed conditions of fact or law sufficient to justify reopening and setting aside the consent order.
