Stripchat urges EU court to annul 2023 DSA designation on basis of new data

It argued that new user numbers data show it should have never been put into the content-moderation law's highest category. The challenge is one of several pending, and also comes amid ongoing DSA probes into four adult websites, including Stripchat.Technius, the operator of pornography streaming site Stripchat, asked EU judges on Thursday to annul a European Commission decision in 2023 to designate it as a "very large online platform," or VLOP, under its Digital Services Act (see here)....
