France's Arcep extends consultation on cloud-service interoperability to July 25

( July 18, 2025, 07:34 GMT | Official Statement) -- France's telecom and communications regulator Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques, des Postes et de la Distribution de la Presse, or Arcep, has extended a public consultation on its draft recommendation on the interoperability and portability of cloud computing services under the EU's Data Act until July 25. The Data Act, which ensures that data can flow between sectors and EU member states, takes effect on Sept. 12.The consultation document in French is attached....
