Information tech company fined for data-security breach in China's Hunan Province

The company's person in charge and the person directly responsible were fined 30,000 yuan and 20,000 yuan, respectively. The unidentified company was found to have failed to meet its network and data-security obligations and have had unauthorized access loopholes due to a failure to adopt technical and other necessary measures in its system, resulting in repeated data leaks that seriously undermined data security....
