China, Hong Kong extend cross-border personal data flow facilitation to all sectors

The standard contracts simplify compliance procedures and remove limits on personal data transfers from mainland China, as long as they don't involve important data. The "early and pilot implementation" arrangements of the facilitation measure were carried out in the banking, credit referencing and healthcare sectors....
