Charter, Cox didn't meaningfully engage on deal's impacts in opening brief, groups say

The Center for Accessible Technology, California Alliance for Digital Equity, East Bay Broadband Consortium, Fresno Coalition for Digital Inclusion and Media Alliance filed a reply brief, arguing that the merging parties' discussion in support of the proposed settlements throughout their opening brief is against the rules of the California Public Utilities Commission.
