Plaintiffs filed a renewed motion for a temporary restraining order. Additionally, they said that USDA’s actions are more arbitrary and capricious than before — it proposes to grant itself the authority to further disclose the collected records well beyond the boundaries set by federal privacy law.See attached file. ...
