UPC allows dispute withdrawal, partial fee refund in analytes-detection case

( July 16, 2025, 14:21 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Following a settlement reached between claimants 10x Genomics and Harvard — and defendants Bruker and Luxendo — the Unified Patent Court has allowed all parties to withdraw their infringement, revocation and compensation claims. The dispute was over EP 4,108,782 concerning reagents used to detect analytes in samples. The Munich Local Division approved the closure of proceedings, but reimbursed only 40 percent of the court fees for the infringement and revocation actions due to extensive court work. For the compensation claim, which had been withdrawn at an earlier stage, the court reimbursed 60 percent of the fees.The order is attached. ...
