Some Nvidia disclosures to German court could be fair game, US judge says

Other information, including communication between Nvidia’s in-house counsel and Nvidia employees, must be handed over “in their entirety” to Valeo, who is suing the AI computing company for misappropriating its trade secrets.A motion to compel by Valeo Schalter und Sensoren GmbH was granted yesterday, in part, in a trade secret misappropriation case against Nvidia....
