US judge tweaks relief, sanction in view of US Supreme Court's Abitron ruling

( December 20, 2024, 10:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A preliminary injunction against DMARC Advisor BC has been amended to strike references to foreign conduct in view of the US Supreme Court’s holding in Abitron v.
