UPC again rejects Meril’s stay request in patent dispute with Edwards Lifesciences

This reconsideration followed the Appeal Court’s directive to review the initial dismissal. Despite a parallel opposition proceeding at the European Patent Office, the court decided to proceed with a hearing on January 16. Once the EPO issues its decision the court may decide on any necessary further actions, the court said. The order is attached. ...
