Enea draws Polish raids over possible dominance abuse

UOKiK said it had carried out raids at Enea premises over concerns that it may have hindered rival systems operators’ access to its grid, which is necessary for companies wanting to participate in the power trading market. The authority is concerned Enea might be giving preferential treatment to systems operators within its own group, and that refusing to grant access to key infrastructure may be an abuse of a dominant position.Statement follows....
