Trade secret misappropriation claims against Infosys should continue, Cognizant TriZetto tells US court

( November 12, 2024, 10:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Software developer Cognizant TriZetto sufficiently identified its trade secrets and alleged that it had taken reasonable measures to protect the secrecy of those trade secrets, TriZetto claims in its opposition to Infosys’ motion to dismiss trade secret misappropriation claims TriZetto leveled against Infosys in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas. TriZetto also contends that it sufficiently pled that Unisys engaged in unfair competition under the Lanham Act by misusing TriZett’s confidential and trade secret information to create a repository of test cases that it marketed as its own.See attached file....
