The agency has up to 240 days to review the deal, which was filed Nov. 5, with an initial deadline of July 3, 2025.The Brazilian competition authority will review Marquise Serviços Ambientais' proposed acquisition of Vera Cruz Ambiental, in a deal involving companies that operate in the treatment and disposal of non-hazardous waste in Northeast Brazil....
