Insulet says EOFlow introducing 'magic words' theory at US trial despite court order

( November 11, 2024, 23:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: South Korean insulin pump patch maker EOFlow is accused of "attempting an end run around" an October ruling by a US judge that rejected EOFlow's theory that trade secrets must be internally labeled as such in order to be entitled to trade secret protection.  In a memorandum, plaintiff Insulet Corporation urged the court to issue a curative instruction to a jury making clear that the Defend Trade Secrets Act has no "magic words" requirement.See attached file....
