ParTec CEO 'open' to patent licensing agreement with Nvidia after seeking injunction at UPC

The comments by ParTec AG's Bernhard Frohwitter came during an online press conference to discuss ParTec's recent patent infringement lawsuit against the US-based tech giant in the Unified Patent Court in Munich.The CEO of ParTec AG, a German artificial intelligence supercomputing company, revealed today his firm is open to discussing a licensing agreement with Nvidia, weeks after ParTec's licensing agent, BF exaQC AG, sued Nvidia for infringement at the EU’s Unified Patent Court Local Division in Munich....
